Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Monitor budget performance and prepare financial forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPn)
- Professional certification (Ak, CPA) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
