Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN) and assist with annual tax filings.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for accuracy.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee company inventory accounting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track budget expenditures and ensure fiscal discipline.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards) and Indonesian taxation laws.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
