PT Swan Trichel Textile is a prominent player in the textile industry, committed to operational excellence and financial integrity. We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Staff Accounting to join our finance team in Bandung Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting our day-to-day accounting operations.
As a Staff Accounting, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial health by managing general ledger entries, performing account reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of timely financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial records are balanced and compliant.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable vouchers.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Maintain systematic and organized filing systems for all financial documentation and tax-related invoices.
- Assist the finance team in preparing financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local accounting regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administration; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation (PPh 21/23/PPN), and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to be based in Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat.
