Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial transactions and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SAI standards
- Coordinate internal audits and liaise with external auditors
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis initiatives
- Implement and improve financial controls and accounting procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia for documentation and communication
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
