PT. Moestika Jati Sentosa, a growing company in the maritime industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our finance team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the end-to-end financial administration of our vessel operations. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial administration and bookkeeping specifically related to vessel operations.
- Process and record all financial transactions accurately in the company accounting system.
- Ensure all financial documents and supporting evidence are properly documented and archived.
- Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and inter-company transactions on a timely basis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budget summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor and control vessel-related expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reporting and internal/external audit requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure financial compliance with company policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Solid understanding of financial statements, bookkeeping principles, and tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara.
