We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting professional to join the team at PT. Moestika Jati Sentosa. In this critical role, you will oversee the complete financial administration process for our vessels and manage daily financial transactions to ensure the seamless performance of our operations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accurate records, preparing precise reports, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of vessel financial administration and process daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledgers.
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing comprehensive documentation and explanations.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh/PPN) and company financial policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management and billing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel functions and data analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
