PT Swan Trichel Textile is a prominent player in the textile industry, committed to operational excellence and financial integrity. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Staff Accounting to join our finance team in Bandung Barat. This role is perfect for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses a deep understanding of accounting lifecycles.
As our Staff Accounting, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the management team with data-driven financial insights. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify financial data entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor and track operational expenses to ensure compliance with the company budget.
- Collaborate with the tax department to prepare monthly tax filings (PPh, PPN) accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit documentation and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure all financial documentation is maintained and archived according to standard accounting practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial cycles, and basic taxation in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Detail-oriented, possess high integrity, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Willing to work on-site in Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat.
