Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and budget management.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN).
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support external audit procedures.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and PSAK.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial closing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
