Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify financial data entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline invoice processing and expense management.
- Maintain and update accurate financial records in our accounting software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a staff accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong integrity and commitment to maintaining financial confidentiality.
