PT Forin Transbuana Logistics is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Staff Accounting to join our growing finance team in Denpasar, Bali. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while supporting the company's fiscal health.
This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in accounting, specifically in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including verification, reconciliation, and payment scheduling.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Monitor and track operational expenses to ensure alignment with budget allocations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies and billing queries.
- Maintain systematic filing and digital documentation for all financial transactions.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary financial statements and supporting schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial accounting principles.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
