PT Cerestar Indonesia Tbk is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our dynamic finance team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting the preparation of internal and external financial audits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive supporting documents for annual financial audits and tax examinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline financial workflows.
- Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable cycles.
- Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
- Stay updated with changes in Indonesian tax laws and ensure company compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or tax role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
