We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Staff Accounting to join our finance team at our Cikande factory. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of our manufacturing operations.
As a Staff Accounting, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing daily bookkeeping, and supporting the finance department in various reconciliation tasks. Tanggung Jawab
- Record and process daily financial transactions and journal entries accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and tax documentation.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory and cost accounting.
- Maintain systematic and organized filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support internal and external audit processes as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as a Staff Accounting or similar role.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, standards, and journal bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data with accuracy.
- Must be willing to be based at our Cikande factory location.
- Strong integrity, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
