Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial records and transactions with precision and accuracy
- Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and records
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and decision-making
- Participate in internal audits and financial reviews as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized institution
- Previous experience in accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Professional certification (such as Akuntan Publik) would be considered an advantage
