Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and compliance documentation to local authorities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial policies and procedures are followed
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Maintain updated accounting records using specialized financial software
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting tax and accounting practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance from a reputable university
- Maximum age of 32 years old at time of application
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) is preferred
