Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct verification of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and statutory financial reports.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any identified variances promptly.
- Support the finance team during external audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlements.
- Develop and implement improvements to internal accounting controls to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Audit roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Strong professional ethics and integrity regarding financial data confidentiality.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
