Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and corporate transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage tax reporting (PPh, PPN) and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operational expenses and financial workflows.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and archiving systems for audits.
- Provide support for budget preparation and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
