In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory records, ensuring that our financial reporting reflects accurate stock valuation and movement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, ensuring physical stock matches system records.
- Record and verify all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
- Perform periodic cycle counts and participate in annual stock-take procedures.
- Analyze inventory valuation, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and variances to support accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review, highlighting potential discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to streamline inventory tracking processes.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies regarding inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Accountant, Staff Accounting, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Understanding of inventory valuation methods and financial reconciliation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
