Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records for the precast manufacturing division
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and corporate financial policies
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable efficiently
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing accounting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, BPHTB)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
