Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliation.
- Manage and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, including VAT (PPN) and Corporate Income Tax (PPh).
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash flow records.
- Support the finance department during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and inventory records.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Process invoices and payments accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Tax is a significant advantage.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (UU HPP, PPh Pasal 21/25) and PSAK standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
