We are currently seeking a meticulous and disciplined Staff Accounting & Tax to join our finance team in Balikpapan. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify daily financial transactions and ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
- Handle end-to-end tax processes, including calculating, reporting, and filing monthly and annual taxes (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal financial reports on a regular basis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and monthly management reports for leadership.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations (UU Perpajakan) to ensure full compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Accounting & Tax Staff or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and procedures (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- Expertise in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
