PT Geosintetik Rekayasa Konstruksi is a leading company in the construction engineering sector, currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accounting & Tax to join our dynamic finance team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and managing our corporate tax obligations.
We are looking for a professional who possesses a strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and providing data-driven insights to support our financial growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Calculate and report corporate taxes, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN (e-Faktur).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic financial audits.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure all financial documents are filed in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an Accountant or Tax Staff.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or MYOB).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
