Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits and reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes and accounting standards
- Support external audits and liaise with tax authorities and financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, Akuntan Publik, or Tax Consultant) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
