PT. Gyan Abadi Sentosa is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Staff Accounting & Tax to join our growing finance team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing daily bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing tax compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately record and process daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including calculation, preparation, and timely reporting of PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and Indonesian tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or tax role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
