We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and talented Staff Accounting & Tax to join our finance team in Jakarta Barat. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial recording and bookkeeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Preparing periodic financial reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, including the calculation, preparation, and reporting of PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Reconciling bank accounts and monitoring accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax audits and document gathering.
- Managing administrative documentation and filing systems related to accounting and tax files.
- Collaborating with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax administration is preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems).
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong moral character, integrity, and professional communication skills.
- Based in or willing to work in the Jakarta Barat area.
