Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Prepare and process tax returns, including PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with company policies and local laws.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
- Monitor tax regulation changes and ensure the company remains in full compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments to track expenditures and budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Certification in Brevet A & B is highly preferred.
