Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing and monitoring customer payments.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into payment discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare detailed financial reports regarding aging receivables and cash flow projections for management.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure collection targets are met while preserving professional relationships.
- Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the existing AR workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
- Disciplined, independent, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
