In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that administrative workflows run seamlessly to support our production and management goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily documentation, coordinating internal communications, and maintaining accurate records. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document processing.
  • Prepare and coordinate internal reports, memos, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Maintain and update company databases and physical record-keeping systems with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the scheduling and organization of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure operational alignment.
  • Support the finance or HR department with basic administrative assistance when needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Staff or similar role (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimum supervision.
