Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process after-sales customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the service workshop team to schedule appointments and ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Handle warranty claims and documentation in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure all customer data is up-to-date and confidential.
- Assist in inventory management for spare parts related to after-sales services when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with the service received.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in any field; diploma holders are also welcome.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the automotive or sales industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- High level of organization and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
