Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process after-sales customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the service workshop team to schedule appointments and ensure timely vehicle servicing.
  • Handle warranty claims and documentation in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure all customer data is up-to-date and confidential.
  • Assist in inventory management for spare parts related to after-sales services when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with the service received.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in any field; diploma holders are also welcome.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the automotive or sales industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • High level of organization and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
