Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Manage general administrative tasks such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Maintain accurate HR data and prepare necessary reports for management
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and general office management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred
