Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping procedures
- Coordinate internal communications and schedule management for departments
- Assist in procurement processes, inventory control, and office supply management
- Prepare administrative reports, correspondence, and official documentation
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and attendance tracking
- Handle vendor relations and service provider coordination
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with confidentiality standards
Kualifikasi
- Min Diploma degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
