Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations including document processing and office supply inventory
- Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Oversee petty cash management, expense tracking, and reimbursement processes
- Prepare periodic operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Facilitate communication between Bandung office and headquarters/regional partners
- Ensure office facilities and equipment are maintained optimally
- Support HR coordination for local staff onboarding and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or operations support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in financial documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
