Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate marketplace operations across various platforms
- Prepare, package, and prepare products for online sales and delivery
- Support live selling activities by ensuring products are ready and available
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
- Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to orders and products
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Marketplace Administrator is highly preferred
- Familiarity with live selling platforms and processes
- Experience in product preparation and packaging for online sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
