Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for management review
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Coordinate with auditors during financial examinations and ensure timely submission of documentation
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Maintain accurate fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Support grant accounting and ensure proper allocation of restricted funds
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is highly preferred
- Experience in NGO or social sector accounting is advantageous
