Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure structural feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for construction projects
- Prepare material specifications and cost estimates for precast concrete components
- Review and optimize designs for constructability and sustainability
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders during project implementation
- Stay current with industry trends in precast concrete technology and green building practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design or construction documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural visualization software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building regulations (SNI) and zoning laws
- Experience with precast concrete design and manufacturing processes preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and technical proficiency
