Tanggung Jawab
- Drive product lifecycle management from design validation through to full-scale production.
- Lead root-cause analysis for engineering-related production challenges to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Oversee the integration of new engineering components into existing manufacturing workflows.
- Analyze performance metrics and production data to suggest efficiency improvements.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance on assembly processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and ISO quality protocols.
- Manage engineering documentation, including technical specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in photonics, lasers, or advanced material components is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM systems.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to interpret complex technical schematics and translate them into actionable manufacturing steps.
