Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Analyze and investigate discrepancies in inventory reports and provide actionable resolutions.
- Monitor and verify operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management regarding findings and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and accounting departments to ensure smooth stock reconciliation.
- Support internal audit programs to improve overall process efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of audit trails and control mechanisms.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in auditing or inventory control is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and integrity in reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
