Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies regularly.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a barista role or the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and latte art is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (supplies).
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
