Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistent quality and presentation
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regular patrons
- Manage inventory control for coffee supplies, syrups, and consumables
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in all bar areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and service protocols
- Contribute to menu development through innovative drink suggestions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Certification in barista training or coffee education preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer engagement abilities
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and maintain composure
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Physical stamina for extended standing and fast-paced movement
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
