Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in accordance with service agreements.
- Verify data entry for all shipping and service transactions to ensure billing accuracy.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and perform regular follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve billing discrepancies and client queries promptly.
- Reconcile billing reports against internal log records to maintain financial integrity.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for all financial documentation and invoicing records.
- Prepare periodic billing summaries and reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of accounting software or logistics-based ERP systems is a strong plus.
