Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough business valuations using various methodologies including income approach, market approach, and asset approach
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry factors to determine fair market value of businesses
- Prepare detailed valuation reports with clear documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions
- Collaborate with senior appraisers and other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in valuation processes
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices in business valuation
- Assist in client communication and presentation of valuation findings
- Participate in professional development and training programs to enhance valuation skills
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of business valuation methodologies and approaches
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
