You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex engineering challenges and drive technical improvement projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, monitor, and optimize chemical production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits to identify areas for technical improvement.
- Troubleshoot process malfunctions and implement corrective actions in alignment with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to integrate new equipment and technology.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental regulations and industrial safety standards (K3).
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Manage technical projects from conceptualization to full implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process or chemical engineering, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS).
- In-depth knowledge of chemical safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to perform technical duties in the field (travel required).
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
