Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume targets in the assigned cluster
  • Collaborate with Head of Branch on business development initiatives and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable reports to senior management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, telecommunications industry highly desirable
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in cluster or regional roles
  • Strong strategic planning and business development acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of the Jawa Tengah market dynamics and competitive landscape
