Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to client locations for payment collections and document verification
- Execute bucket collection procedures with precision and adherence to company protocols
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and client interactions
- Resolve payment discrepancies and client inquiries through effective communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to update collection status and financial records
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company security policies
- Optimize collection routes for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months of experience in bucket collections or similar field collection roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments
- Proficiency in basic financial documentation and payment processing procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field assignments
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of local Manado geography preferred
