Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track operational performance and key business metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for process improvement.
- Support department heads by providing ad-hoc data requests and insightful presentations for business reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection processes and reporting workflows.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot inconsistencies in existing database systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and data summaries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio).
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment under tight deadlines.
