Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed design drawings and structural layouts for various foundation types.
- Analyze project blueprints to calculate material, labor, and equipment costs accurately.
- Coordinate with the project engineering team to ensure design compliance with safety and construction standards.
- Develop comprehensive bill of quantities (BOQ) and project budget estimates.
- Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Conduct site visits to verify technical requirements and gather necessary data for accurate estimations.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for management review and project bidding processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Design Engineer, preferably in foundation or geotechnical construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail regarding cost calculations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and construction material standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet tight project deadlines.
- Good command of English is a plus, given our alignment with Japanese construction practices.
