Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end distribution operations for automotive/mechanical products
- Coordinate transportation logistics and route optimization
- Monitor inventory levels and distribution performance metrics
- Collaborate with suppliers and warehouse teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during distribution
- Analyze distribution data to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and reports
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in distribution/logistics (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic logistics software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
