Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the organization’s document control system, ensuring all documents are current and authorized.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, verify, and archive technical documents and operational records.
- Facilitate the ISO documentation process, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular internal audits of document filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
- Maintain a secure and organized database of physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
- Track document revision history and ensure that obsolete documents are removed from circulation to prevent misuse.
- Assist in preparing necessary documentation for external audits and quality management system reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Administration, Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Document Control, Administration, or Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems and document control practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize complex information efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating across different levels of the organization.
- Highly disciplined with the ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
