We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Staff Drafter to join our technical team in Bekasi Selatan. As a Staff Drafter, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between conceptual engineering and successful on-site implementation. You will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings, fabrication plans, and structural layouts that meet international safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed shop drawings, assembly drawings, and erection plans for steel structures.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to interpret technical specifications and blueprints accurately.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with Indonesian construction standards and client requirements.
- Manage documentation, revisions, and technical queries related to fabrication drawings.
- Prepare precise Bill of Materials (BOM) based on the completed drawings to assist the procurement and production teams.
- Conduct site measurements or cross-verification of drawing dimensions against site progress when necessary.
- Maintain and organize electronic drawing archives to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven professional experience as a Drafter specifically within the Steel Construction, Steel Fabrication, or Steel Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is mandatory; experience with Tekla Structures or specialized steel detailing software is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of steel profiles, joint connections, and welding symbols.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in technical calculations.
- Willing to be based in Bekasi Selatan, Jawa Barat.
