Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to refine design concepts and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Prepare detailed construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and site layouts.
- Maintain and organize drawing files according to project standards and internal filing systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project budgets.
- Review project specifications to ensure consistency across all architectural and structural drawings.
- Provide technical support during site visits or meetings when requested.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Age between 24 and 35 years old.
- Proven proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related BIM software).
- Strong ability to visualize and translate design concepts into technical, buildable drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in geometric calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
