Tanggung Jawab
- Drive architectural decisions and design innovation for complex industrial systems.
- Provide advanced engineering support and troubleshoot mission-critical technical bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering deliverables with client specifications and project timelines.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code/design audits to ensure product reliability.
- Lead R&D initiatives to integrate new technologies into existing production frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and internal safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in an industrial automation or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Expertise in advanced system modeling, CAD/CAM tools, and industrial control systems (PLC/SCADA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on design-for-manufacturability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with prior experience in mentoring or team management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
